Bonnie L. Connor

(nee Flint)

Age 86 of Morris, Illinois, took the hand of the Lord, peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 21,2025.

Bonnie was born to proud parents Francis and Beatrice Flint in Kankakee, Illinois on March 11, 1939. She was raised in Manteno until moving to Morris with her family at the age of 13, and went on to graduate from Morris High School with the Class of 1957.

Bonnie lived life to the fullest, visiting all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico. She enjoyed spending time and shopping with her best friend Sherry Wettering and ALL her bunco lady friends. She also enjoyed and was thankful for her neighbor Diane Kjellesvik.

Bonnie is survived by two sisters Carol Kramer of Morris, Jackie Ferguson of Wilmington, IL, a son Randal Bradley (Mary) of Dwight, a daughter Diane Welch (Scott) of Cherokee, NC, Four Grandchildren: Jessica Bradley of Morris, Douglas Bradley (Tasha) of Emington, IL, Katie Welch Smith (Jeremy) of Bryson City, NC, and Tammy Kjellesvik of Morris. Seven Great Grandchildren: Nate, Rayella, Cohen, Jayla, Teigan, Alayna, and Jacob. Two Great Great grandchildren and several cherished nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Connor, brother Frank Flint, daughter in-law Diane Newman Bradley, and Great Granddaughter, Makayla Kjellesvik.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation at First Presbyterian Church of Morris, 200 E. Jackson Street in Morris on Monday, March 31, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service, 11:00 a.m. Reverend James D. Friesen will officiate.

The family requests preferred memorials in Bonnie’s memory be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Morris or Lightways Hospice of Joliet, IL.
