Bobby Hodo, Jr.
Age 50 of Wilmington and formerly of Lockport, passed away Wednesday morning, March 9, 2016 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home.
Born February 4, 1966 in Chicago, Bobby was raised and educated in Lockport, and graduated from Lockport Township High School. He will be remembered as a great fan of Chicago sports, as well as the Dallas Cowboys. Bobby cherished the time spent with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his parents: Ronald and Doris Davis of Ellington, Missouri; wife Tammy (nee Cotham), whom he married July 15, 2000; three sons: Stephen Cotham of Wilmington, Jeremy (Samantha) Cotham of Joliet and Jacob Cotham (finace' Rebecca Martin) of Bangor, Maine; two grandchildren: Adelyn and Mason Cotham; two sisters: Rhona Hodo of Wilmington and Christy Hodo of Lockport; two uncles, two aunts; seven nieces and one nephew.
Visitation and video tribute will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service 7:00 p.m. at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. Pastor Dallas Henry from First Christian Church in Wilmington will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services, and inurnment will be private.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Bobby's memory to his family for their distribution.
