Blake Anthony Mazza

Infant son of Brandy Nicole Dzurko-Hill and Anthony Alan Mazza, Jr. of Morris, passed away Friday August 9, 2013 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.

Born July 30, 2013 in Maywood, Blake is survived by his parents; two sisters: Kayleigh and Kourtney; grandparents: Paula and Phillip Bellinghiere of Wilmington, Jeannie and Jerry Terando of Morris and Anthony Alan Mazza, Sr. of Plant City, Florida; great grandparents: Shirley Chapps of Wilmington, Paul and Jackie Bellinghiere of Tennessee and Dorothy Mazza of West Virginia; great-great grandmother Bernice Dambraukas of Roscoe, Illinois; aunts and uncles: Phillip Bellinghiere, II of Wilmington, Allen Borchert of Morris, Karen White of Joliet, Amanda (Brian) Overton of Morris, Jackie Messina of New Jersey and Samantha Mazza of Florida, as well as numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins.

Blake was preceded in death by his uncle Joshua Terando and great grandparents: Robert and Willa Jean Wells, George Chapps, Sam Mazza, Clara and Raymond Trevillion and Leander Madosh.

Visitation will be held Monday August 12, 2013 between the hours of 5:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Funeral services will follow Tuesday August 13th at 1:00PM in the funeral home with Reverend Dr. Roy Backus officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Morris.
