Audrey Marie Baumgart

Age 81 of Wilmington, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at Salem Village in Joliet.

Born June 26, 1938 in Chicago, Audrey Marie was a daughter of Henry and Ella (Potz) Baumgart. She was raised and educated on the Southside of Chicago and began her career with Illinois Bell, later transitioning with Southern Bell, from where she retired.

Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Joseph Nasadowski of Lockport; two nieces: Audrey (Richard) Kingery of Frankfort and Beth (Michael) Marks of Charlotte, North Carolina and several cousins.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and one sister in infancy.

Per Audrey’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded, and she will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Gardens South in Oak Lawn at a later date.
