Arthur "Charles" Orman

Arthur “Charles” Orman, 96, of Morris, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehab Ctr in Morris.
Born June 23, 1925 in Tacoma, WA, he was the son of Arthur and Bessie (Miller) Orman. He graduated from Tacoma High School and later attended Industrial Training Institute in Chicago. He was a veteran of WW II and served in the U S Navy from 1943 to 1946. He married Wilma C. Doellman on June 15, 1953 in Quincy. Most of their married life they lived in Chicago and Morris. For several years he was employed at Biment Company in Morris as vice president of manufacturing.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Dorothy Doellman of Bloomington, Il and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his loving wife, Wilma on November 10, 2018 and his sister, Lorraine Hanson.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Morris with Fr. Jason Stone officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the church. Interment will be on Friday at Calvary C.0emetery in Quincy, Ill with full military honors.
