Ann Herbert

Ann Genevieve Herbert Age 87 of Custer Park a resident for over 50 years coming from Joliet, passed Away Saturday March 27, 2010 to be with God, at Riverside Medical Center Kankakee. Born on February 22, 1923 in Joliet to the late David and Mary Payton Also preceded in death by two sisters Marcella and Dorothy Payton. On June 15, 1946 she married Carl Herbert who survives, a loving wife for over 50 years. Dearest Mother of two sons William (Peggy) Herbert and Robert (Cathy) Herbert; five Grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a new arrival expected in May 2010. Ann was a loving mother and grandmother who gave us many wonderful memories to cherish. Retired employee of Johnson & Johnson Products of Wilmington and past President of the Women's Auxillary at the Wilmington V.F.W. Post of Wilmington. Visitation Wednesday March 31, 2010 from 10:00AM Until time of services at 12:00 Noon at the Freitag Funeral Home with Deacon Donald Dyer officiating. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery Mausoleum Bourbonnais. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Women's Auxillary V.F.W. Post Wilmington would be appreciated.
