Angela Maria Ortiz Age 29 of Wilmington formerly of Chicago, passed away Tuesday August 3, 2010 at Silver Cross Hospital Joliet. Born December 21, 1980 in Chicago. Survived by her life partner Sergio Mayen, Four sons Carlos, Sergio, Diego and Nikko; one brother Jimmy Ortiz of Worth; parents LaRuth & Carlos Licona of Chicago; Grandparents Gilbert & Maria Mendoza, Sr. of Wilmington; numerous Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. Part-time employee of the Wilmington McDonald's. Visitation Friday August 6, 2010 from 4 to 8PM at the Freitag Funeral Home. Services Saturday August 7, 2010 at 10:00AM at the funeral home, interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery Wilmington.
