Addison Rose Bauer

Infant daughter of Mandy West and Justin Bauer of Verona, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at Morris Hospital.

Survivors include her parents, maternal grandmother Susan West of Morris; paternal grandparents: Susan Bauer of Verona and Jeffrey Bauer of Joliet; maternal great grandmother Doris Nelson and paternal great grandfather Ronald Andrae, both of Morris; one aunt Krystal West of Aurora; one uncle Colton Bauer of Verona and two great aunts: Barb (Ed) Baker of Coal City and Rhonda (Jason) Lawford of Morris.

Addison was preceded in death by her grandfather Lynn West; maternal great grandfather Donald Nelson and paternal great grandmother Joanne Andrae, P.P.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
